KnowFlex lets you discover, get mentored by, and build long-lasting relationships with the world’s best physicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, CEOs, engineers, business professionals, influencers, etc. Get inspired by these experts’ revolutionary breakthroughs and careers, and ask them how you can create your own!

You can book a single advising session or pick one of your mentors’ subscription plans (if they offer any) for continued mentorship. Request as many times as would work for you, and your mentor will pick the one that works for them. You will then both receive a link for your virtual meeting at the finalized time.

Bring your true self and share your weaknesses, strengths, and aspirations. Use your mentor’s help to set short- and long-term goals, and a plan to achieve them. In a few weeks, check back in to share your progress with your mentor, re-evaluate, and set new goals. KnowFlex is your opportunity to get career-transforming people to know you, guide you, and see your passion and progress over time.

Each mentor’s profile shows you their expertise to give you an idea of what they can help you with. We recommend coming in prepared with specific questions. For example — don’t ask: “How do I become a scientist?” Instead ask: “What skills will be in-demand for cancer researchers in 5 years?”

We get it…But you either let your fear get the best of you, or you face it and get your name known by THE BEST EXPERTS in your field!! The mentors might be way older than you with major accomplishments, but you shouldn’t feel intimidated at all. Our mentors are friendly and supportive to all students from all levels and backgrounds. They know what to expect and are there to help you, so face your fears and take advantage of highly-specific, insider advice that you can’t get anywhere else.

Writing a recommendation letter or making a referral is COMPLETELY up to the mentor’s discretion. Purchasing one or more sessions or subscriptions does not entitle the mentee to a referral or a recommendation letter. If your mentor sees your growth and ambition over time, they may decide to refer you or write you a recommendation letter. A subscription plan enables long-term mentorship and could increase these chances, but does not guarantee them.

A Mentorship Plan reserves recurring monthly time with your mentor at a lower effective rate. You pick the times for each month up front, and you can reschedule individual sessions.

You can reschedule or cancel a session 24 hours before the session to get a full refund. Any cancellation or rescheduling request during the 24 hours before the session is not refundable. If something urgent came up, email us at hello@knowflex.io and let us know what happened and we can evaluate your specific situation together.

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong (e.g. mentor doesn’t show up), you should email us at “hello@knowflex.io” within 24 hours after your session time to let us know about the problem. We cannot guarantee refunds for claims submitted later than 24 hours after session time.

You can make a purchase with a credit or debit card. Once you book a session, a hold will be placed on your card which will be finalized when the session takes place. If a session is canceled by you within the refund window or by the mentor, the hold will be removed. You can also purchase KnowFlex credits to use at any time. Your credits will never expire.
